What is Tableau at Medley?
Tableau is Empire Homes’ planned 133-townhome for-sale neighborhood within the Medley mixed-use district in Johns Creek. It is separate from Prelude, the rental-apartment community.
How much do homes at Tableau start at?
Empire’s Tableau community page advertises starting prices in the high $700s. That is a starting range, not a guaranteed price for a particular released home. Individual homesite prices, options, HOA costs, and incentives must be verified with the sales team.
Which floor plans are offered?
Empire currently publishes Raleigh (1,939 sq ft, three bedrooms), Harleigh (2,722 sq ft, four bedrooms) and Hayden Slab (2,794 sq ft, four bedrooms). The builder’s floor-plan brochure also shows a Hayden Basement variation (2,794 sq ft), but its current availability, pricing and specifications for a particular home need confirmation.
Are move-in-ready homes available?
Empire’s public Johns Creek community inventory currently lists zero quick-delivery homes. That does not establish that nothing has sold or that no homes are under contract. Ask Cary to confirm today’s released and available homes directly with the builder.
Can I arrange a tour?
Yes, request a tour through the form above. Cary will coordinate availability with the onsite team; a requested time is not confirmed until the builder verifies model access.
Does Tableau offer builder incentives?
Potential incentives depend on the specific homesite, contract timing, lender terms and written eligibility. We will check any current offer rather than assume a broader Empire promotion applies to Tableau.
What about HOA dues and community amenities?
Builder materials advertise a pool, clubhouse, fitness and outdoor gathering amenities. Confirm completion schedules, use rights, HOA dues, insurance coverage, and maintenance responsibilities in the current community documents.
