CUMMING CITY CENTER • NEW CONSTRUCTION BUYER GUIDE

Cloverhill at Cumming City Center

Site work is underway. Toll Brothers is targeting spring 2027 sales for three new-home collections beside Cumming City Center.

This page tracks the buyer side of Cloverhill: anticipated pricing, home collections, amenities, model-home timing, what is actually underway now, and what buyers should know before registering with the builder.

What changed

Cloverhill is no longer just an internal coming-soon signal. Empire Homes now publicly lists the Cumming community from $400,000 for single-family homes and townhomes, with published home sizes from roughly 1,490 to 2,571 square feet.

Toll Brothers’ September announcement established the broader master-planned community and spring 2027 sales target. Empire’s current public portfolio now gives buyers an additional builder-direct starting-price signal. Site work is underway, but this is still launch-stage information, not a claim that completed homes are available now.

WHY THE LOCATION MATTERS

Cloverhill is part of the Cumming City Center story.

Cloverhill is not just another Cumming new-home subdivision. Cumming City Center publicly describes the community as sitting directly beside the destination, with access to its boutiques, restaurants, gathering places, boardwalk, amphitheater and recurring events.

That is why this page belongs under the Cumming City Center umbrella. The City Center is the location and lifestyle hub. Cloverhill is the dedicated buyer-conversion page for the residential opportunity next to it.

Updated October 7, 2026. Current project details are based on Toll Brothers’ September 2026 public announcement, current Toll Brothers community information, Empire Homes’ current Georgia portfolio and Cumming City Center context. Empire now lists Cloverhill from $400,000 with townhome and single-family product roughly 1,490 to 2,571 square feet. Site work and launch-stage information should not be confused with completed or immediately available inventory. Pricing, timing, collections and incentives can change.
