The developer also says multifamily pre-leasing is live, Empire Communities is developing 133 luxury full-brick townhomes, and a 150-key boutique hotel is planned for 2028.

As with any project under construction, individual business openings and later phases can still vary, so the useful distinction is between the scheduled community grand opening and the exact opening date of every tenant.
