That matters because buyers are not just buying square footage. They are buying what their weekends feel like.
Roswell works especially well for buyers who want suburban comfort but do not want to live somewhere sterile. They want restaurants with patios. They want trail access. They want older neighborhoods with trees. They want a downtown that actually gets used.
