This isn’t necessarily a feel good story, but it definitely made me feel good about myself! I was contact by a client this past Saturday morning at around 9am. He just moved here from Colorado and was extremely eager to purchase a home. The agent he was working with previously was not providing him the type of customer service he was expecting, especially someone who was so eager to purchase.

We viewed 3 condos in the Sandy Springs area along Roswell Road. Once we arrived at the 2nd condo, he instantly said “this is the one and I want to make an offer”. I replied that if he loved this one for $100,000, he will absolutely love the next one I had picked out for him at $94,000.

We entered 6851 Roswell Road, our 3rd and final home to view. It was love at first sight for him, and he instantly jumped on FaceTime with his wife who is still in Colorado preparing for their transition. “This is it! This is it!” he kept saying. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, granite countertops, stainless appliances and hardwoods throughout – for $94,000 – It’s a no brainer and he understood this as much as I did.

I am very happy to say that we are under contract and just received a clean bill of health on the inspection. There is one more unit in this complex listed for $100,000, so if you’re in the market for a 2 bed and 2 bath home with granite and hardwoods, this deal will not last!
